Peake Built is the construction and execution arm of Peake Company. It supports the firm’s development work, provides field-level credibility, and remains available for select third-party construction opportunities where the project, role, and timing are the right fit.

Construction execution, grounded in operator experience
Peake Built provides construction management and execution support for Peake Company projects and select third-party engagements. The work is grounded in commercial construction discipline, residential trade relationships, and a practical understanding of budgets, sequencing, field coordination, and delivery.
Most of our work supports the broader Peake Company platform. We also consider select third-party construction opportunities when the project, role, and timing align.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
CM/GC oversight, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field execution for
select owner, developer, and Peake Company projects.
PRE – CONSTRUCTION & PLANNING
Estimating, scheduling, constructability review, value engineering, and early project planning before work begins in the field.
RESIDENTIAL EXECUTION
Select custom residential projects where the scope, budget, client relationship, and execution plan align with the firm’s standards and capacity.
COMMERCIAL SUPPORT
Select commercial, tenant improvement, and mixed-use construction support where the scope, role, and execution plan align with the firm’s experience and capacity.
